Rep and Valor changes

I've made a few changes when it comes to Rep and Valor, while most of it will not effect your character at the moment it would be worth a moment to glance over the section.

Reputation
Two new levels of Rep have been added

Bad and good, just dividing it up a little more than it was before.

Valor
A Valor scale has been added and additional information on Valor in general as been added.

Defections have been explained as they were not listed prior.

Death effecting Titles and bonuses have been explained. 

Independent kingdom alignment as also be addressed.

Sorry for the changes but they needed to be addressed.

Due to the changing the in rep and valor system if anyone wishes to change their standing faction they are welcomed to for a week from today. Before changing please send me a PM with your current Kingdom alliance and the one that you are switching to.
