Every warrior, every mage and every rouge at some point will wield a weapon, here you will find out how to use them against your enemies.
~Weapons~
While a person can own many weapons they can only carry either one large weapon and a small, two medium and a small, or three small on their person at any given time. All weapons should be stated being used at the start of any thread.
Weapon Types-
Short Swords- Any type of one hand handed blade between 3-4 feet (medium)
Broad Swords- Any type of two handed blade longer than 4 foot (large)
Daggers- Any one handed blade short than a foot (small)
Staves- Any pole type weapon (large)
Axes- Any one handed axe type weapon (medium)
War Axes- Any two handed axe type weapon (large)
Maces- Any one handed blunt weapon (medium)
Mauls- Any two handed blunt weapon (large)
Bows- Any two handed long range weapon (medium)
Unarmed- Any fist type weapon or no weapon at all (small if a fist weapon is used. Bare firsts do not count)
Fans- Any fan type weapon (medium)
Chain- Any type of weapon with a chain (varies)
Shields- Any one handed defensive device (varies)
Other Weapons- Weapons which do not fall into the other categories and will be up to admin approval.
Custom Weapons- Any weapon type which is made by a member and not listed above, must be approved by an admin.
~Armor~
Light- The most mobile of armor types, it provides minimal protection to the wearer, but gives them great flexibility and agility. Made from cloths such as cotton, wool, and silks. Mostly worn by mages, scholars, and normal everyday folk.
Medium- Leather based armor that gives the user a small amount of defensive capabilities but still leave them light on their feet. Mostly worn by rangers, assassins, and mercenaries.
Heavy- The most dense armor type created from strong metals which provide the user with greatest defense though slows them down considerably and limits their agility. Mostly worn by Knights and other warriors.
*While it can be difficult to judge damage against armor use your best judgement and keep in mind armor does slow a person down, so if you're wearing heavy armor don't expect to be doing back flips or float in water.
~Fatigue in fighting~
From the start of a thread each person has 100% stamina which is used to deliver powerful physical attacks with weapons. When a melee ability is activated a portion of stamina will be consumed; the stamina used is determined by the ability. Unlike mana, stamina does not recovery slowly over time but by activating restoring abilities which renews a portion of a persons stamina. These Breaths are unlocked through leveling weapon types; once learned for one weapon they are unlocked for all.
~Weapon Skills~
When a skill point is used on a weapon it can be leveled up to the next rank unlocking new abilities which are custom as along as they fall into that skill level and also allows the character to use stronger types of the leveled weapon.
Novice- Allows a character to use the weapon type in combat
Journeyman- Unlocks three custom weapon abilities, abilities costs 20 Stamina
Expert- Unlocks three custom weapon abilities, abilities costs 30 Stamina
Master- Unlocks two custom weapon abilities, abilities costs 40 Stamina
All custom moves must be approved by an admin before they can be used, once reviewed they may be revised before approval.
To use higher ranking weapon skills a persons weapon must be at the skills level or higher.
~Bow and Crossbow~
Unlike other weapons bows require drawing, aiming and firing to strike a target. A persons level of skill with a bow will dictate how many shots they can get off in a single post. *There are variants when it comes to bows in how they work but they all fall under the bow skill.
*Long/short Bows- Quick to fire and with decent range though lack overall power
Novice- One shot per post
Journeyman- Two shots per post
Expert- Three shots per post
Master- Four shots per post
*Crossbows- More powerful than a long bow, but with increased weight and reload time.
Novice- One shot per post
Journeyman- One shot per post
Expert- Two shots per post
Master- Two shots per post
Basic Attacks and Defenses-
Basic strikes and blocks have no effect on a characters stamina level though lack the true power of stamina abilities.
*If a another strikes a defending target who is not using a weapon skill (blocking/parry) with a stamina attack the attack might not break through the persons defenses given the skill used and the opponents mastery of their defense and visa versa. Try to play it out to the best of your ability and contact an admin if both parties cannot decide.
~Breaths~
Quick Breath- Restores 40 Stamina; All players start with this, 10 uses in a thread.
Inner Peace- Restores 80 Stamina; Learned at Expert, can be used twice per thread.
*Make sure to keep track of the uses of Breathes during the course of a thread like this- (0/10) Quick Breath, (5/10) Quick Breath, etc.
A character must either use a breath ability at the start of their post or at the end. If a breath is used at the start of a post the character must remain idle in that post, till their next. If a breath is used at the end of a post their character must be idle during their next post. If moved, or hit while taking a breath the breath only restores half of the stated stamina.
~Flight~

All Dracon (unless specifically stated) have wings which enable them to lift off the ground and soar through the skies. The ability is one which must be practiced heavily to prefect it. *If bought place these under weapon skills.

Three post cool down. 40 Stamina (One Skill Point)
